ICMESS 2014 is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and Management Engineering and Service Science. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world.

TYPES OF SUBMISSION
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf) will be accepted by the electronic submission system.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
PUBLICATION
To ensure that a full paper or poster paper is published in the Proceedings, at least one of the authors must be fully registered by the February 20, 2014, and the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit.
All ICMESS 2014 accepted papers will be published on WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743- 3517), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, and Thomson ISI (ISTP).
IMPORTANT DATES
Paper Submission: February 15, 2014
Notification of Acceptance: February 28, 2014
Payment of Registration, to ensure the inclusion of an accepted paper in the Journals/ conference proceedings: February 20, 2014
